Rep. Todd Tiahrt, R-Kan., became the latest Republican official to offer an apology to Rush Limbaugh after describing the talk-radio host as "just an entertainer" when asked if he considers Limbaugh the virtual leader of the Republican Party. "The congressman believes Rush is a great leader of the conservative movement in America -- not a party leader responsible for election losses," Tiahrt's office said in a statement.
