An innovative skyscraper in China, set to be the world's second tallest building, will include eight different "neighborhoods" stacked on top of one another. Each neighborhood is 14 stories tall and includes residences, retail space, office space and a landscaped area resembling a city park. The tower, dubbed Shanghai Center, is expected to open in 2014. Officials say the parks will be open to the public.
