Campbell has launched V8 V-Fusion Refreshers in peach strawberry, black cherry berry, cranberry grape and tangerine passion fruit varieties. The drinks, made without high fructose corn syrup, are made with 20% to 25% fruit and vegetable juice, and have 100 calories and 100% of the daily value of Vitamin C per serving.
Campbell Soup has added single-serving cans to its line of V8 V-Fusion juices. The eight-ounce cans are sold in six-packs, with each can containing a full serving of vegetables and a full serving of fruit, according to the company.
Campbell Soup says it now offers six drinks that meet Alliance for a Healthier Generation standards for products served in schools. The most recent is V8 V-Fusion in 8-ounce cans, which joins other V8 V-Fusion and V8 vegetable drinks.
Campbell Soup Co.'s V8 will be sold in 12-ounce bottles in vending machines as part of a distribution deal with Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. The V8 and V8 V-Fusion fruit and vegetable drinks will be available in six flavors in more than 15,000 vending machines.
Campbell Soup has redesigned the bottles of its V8 and V8 V-Fusion juices so they can fit in vending machines. The 12-ounce bottles, made by Amcor PET Packaging, will primarily be sold in single servings at convenience, grocery and mass-merchandise stores.
