Let the people in your company take center stage in social media, not some robotic authoritative voice, Jason Baer writes. It's OK if employees mesh company posts with personal ones, because that's what makes your company seem human, he argues. Invite employees to post on a range of sites, not just Facebook or Twitter, to get "a decentralized, personal, social engagement network," he wrote.
