Democrats in the U.S. Senate are reportedly set Wednesday to unveil their version of legislation that seeks to curb carbon emissions. The measure, co-authored by Sens. John Kerry, D-Mass., and Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., will have an overall structure "very similar" to the House-approved proposal, sources said.
