Pepsi's Refresh Project campaign hit trouble on its first day in the wild, with Facebook applications linked to the project plagued by glitches. Pepsi was forced to temporarily shut down the campaign, after people complained that forms used to submit ideas for community improvements were autopopulating with other people's names and details. "Pepsi has squandered an early opportunity," writes Natalie Zmuda. "The company has created buzz around the program, just not the kind it was looking for."
