Bill Gates has no regrets about not coming up with the iPad. The Microsoft chairman, who admittedly said his company "didn't aim high enough" to top the iPhone, said in an interview that Apple's iPad was too bare bones to become a huge hit and predicted that netbooks, -- rather than a tablet computer -- would become the digital device of choice for consumers. "It's a nice reader, but there's nothing on the iPad I look at and say, 'Oh, I wish Microsoft had done that,'" Gates added.
