Time Warner Cable added 102,000 digital-video subscribers in the first quarter of this year as well as 212,000 high-speed data customers and 86,000 phone lines. The country's second-largest cable provider reported a total of 378,000 RGU additions and, as a result, revenue increased 5.4%, to $4.6 billion, and earnings increased 30%, to $214 million.
