The Oprah Winfrey Network has shaken up its top programming management and added three new shows to its lineup. The new shows include one starring celebrity chef Cat Cora and the other that will feature Carson Kressley of "Queer Eye" fame. Among the executive changes: John MacDonald, formerly of MTV Networks, is taking over as chief operating officer and executive vice president of programming and digital, while Glenn Kaino has signed on as a senior vice president creative responsible for digital and social-media efforts.
