Westport Capital Partners has acquired a 220,000-square-foot retail center in Mission Viejo, Calif., out of foreclosure. The Kaleidoscope Retail Center traded for $22 million in the all-cash transaction. It is the largest distressed retail property in the submarket to trade this year thus far, according to Dixie Walker at Grubb & Ellis, who represented the buyer and the seller.
