Sommeliers at a growing number of high-end restaurants have begun taking a small sip of guests' wine to evaluate the taste and make sure the vintage is up to snuff. It's a tradition that doesn't sit well with some customers, The New York Times reports. Some feel cheated out of a bit of the wine they're paying for, while others prefer to use their own skills to evaluate the wine.
