Many companies are adding quirky job titles to their organizational charts, and while there's no excuse for executives having the word "ninja" on their business card, some of the new titles are actually useful, Leigh Buchanan writes. She argues that every company should have an official "thought leader" to focus on blue-sky planning, and perhaps also a "confessor" whose sole job is to handle and help defuse employees' mistakes.
