DuPont said it expects to sell more than $1 billion of its photovoltaic products in 2010, beating its previous timeline by a year. Meanwhile, the U.S. will to surpass Germany in solar-cell installations by 2014, as encapsulants and metallization pastes are expected to drive solar-industry sales past $2 billion in four years, said Dave Miller, president of DuPont's electronics and communications business.
