Sources say Britain's Tesco, France's Casino Guichard Perrachon, Japan's Aeon and Malaysia's Navis Capital Partners are among the retailers bidding for Carrefour's Asian assets, which are valued at roughly $1 billion. Carrefour is exiting Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia to focus on other markets, sources said. The first round of bidding reportedly drew more than 10 suitors.
