Men who fail to exercise a proper amount and work an average of up to five hours of overtime a week are at a 59% higher risk for cardiovascular disease compared with those who work fewer hours, a Danish study showed. Researchers found that the risk was reduced with moderate fitness of at least three hours a week that include lifestyle changes and physical activities such as running, digging or shoveling, and engaging in sports.
