A Danish study of people ages 50 to 64 suggests that adherence to five lifestyle recommendations, including 30 minutes of daily exercise, a healthy diet and moderate drinking, could help prevent 23% of colorectal cancer cases. "Even a modest difference in your lifestyle habits may have a substantial impact on your colorectal cancer risk," the lead researcher said.
