An immersion course in the Catskills is helping to preserve all things Yiddish, with more than 50 language, dance, music and other courses drawing people from as far away as Germany and the Netherlands. The KlezKamp gathering typically lasts a week and gives participants, not all of whom are Jewish, an opportunity to learn a language that now is spoken mostly among the Hasidim.
