Golf courses now have a variety of grasses to choose from when it comes to developing their turf. But as sustainability becomes more important, golf course superintendents are seeking cost-effective ways to reduce environmental effects and keep turf grass healthy and uniform. "We let nature dictate what we do. The course is different every time you come, and that's what we like about it. We're learning as we're going," said Dave Hensley, the superintendent at a Colorado-based golf course.
