Michigan's manufacturers are switching from auto-making to wind-turbine production, and federal officials expect the state's wind-power sector to create 30,000 new manufacturing jobs. Gov. "Michigan is truly using our advanced manufacturing expertise to get a big piece of the wind turbine manufacturing market," said state energy chief Andrew Levin.
