AT&T has confirmed earlier reports about how the carrier will price data plans for the iPad 2 and the hot-spot feature of the iPhone 4. Both AT&T and Verizon Wireless will begin selling the iPad 2 in their retail outlets on Friday -- as will Apple and other stores. AT&T said it will charge $14.99 for 250 megabytes of data on the iPad, along with a $25 monthly option for 2 gigabytes.
