HBO Go, the TV Everywhere platform carried by video services from Verizon Communications and AT&T, will more than double its inventory of episodes that the network's subscribers can access for free online, a move that puts virtually its entire library of original series, movies and documentaries into play, HBO disclosed. Industry observers noted that the Time Warner-owned network is ramping up for an online-video battle with Netflix.
