Hawaiian Air is contending that Delta is taking advantage of the effects of Japan's March earthquake and tsunami to suspend flights to Tokyo's Haneda airport and funnel more traffic through its hub at the city's Narita airport. Delta and American Airlines have both suspended flights to Haneda, after winning rights to that route in a close battle last year. Hawaiian submitted a regulatory filing with its complaint, but Delta responded by noting that other airlines -- including Hawaiian Air -- also have decreased capacity for those routes at the moment.
