Japan's biggest manufacturers are beginning to dust themselves off and get back to business after last month's devastating earthquake and tsunami. Toyota's plants are now running at 50% capacity and are expected to resume full production by the end of the year. A key auto-parts maker, Renesas Electronics Corp., also said it would resume normal operations next month, easing supply-chain disruptions for both Japanese and American automakers.
