The restaurant scenes in New York City and London are looking more alike these days, as some of Manhattan's top chefs make moves across the pond and British restaurateurs scour Big Apple eateries for ideas. Chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Daniel Boulud have already launched London versions of their popular restaurants, and new locations for Balthazar, Sushisamba and the Standard Grill are slated to open in London next year.
