About nine out of 10 marketers at business-to-business firms use social media to promote their company's products and services, an online survey finds. The survey found that 72% of respondents said they use LinkedIn, 71% said they use Facebook and 67% said they use Twitter. "LinkedIn lets us reach our social-media-savvy customers who want to network with other customers, so they are more active in our community," said Meridian Systems marketing director Sue Watkins.
