British workers are increasingly unwilling to join companies that fail to meet basic CSR standards, suggests a LeapCR survey. Companies without a CSR strategy could find themselves unable to hire the best and most productive workers, says CEO Malcolm Scovil, whose company provides employee-engagement software. "If employers fail to meet these expectations, either through a lack of CSR initiatives or a failure to communicate what they are doing to their staff, then they will find themselves struggling to remain competitive," he warns.
