Greg Ball voiced support for legislation that would tighten measures to curb fraud in the state's no-fault auto-insurance system, including increasing penalties for those caught staging crashes. "The bill that we have, it'll take New York state where we need to go to make sure that we are no longer one in all the wrong ways. The bill that we have has bipartisan support," Ball said.
