CEA's approach to broadcasting, based on their recent survey of households that rely on over-the-air TV, shows the group is in denial about the rise in cord-cutting, as well as broadcasting's continued importance during emergencies and its expansion into mobile and other platforms, writes Tom Butts, TV Technology editor in chief.
