Custom games can be used to communicate CSR goals internally and externally, boosting engagement and ensuring that companies don't bore people with their communication efforts. "It also solves a major nonprofit communication issue for a lot of organizations who are trying to figure out new, more engaging ways of communicating with diverse constituents," says Michelle Byrd, co-president of Games for Change.
