Wendy's/Arby's said Tuesday it has completed the $430 million sale of the Arby's chain to Roark Capital Group, changed its name to The Wendy's Co. and returned the familiar red-pigtailed icon back to the corporate logo. With the sale completed, Wendy's plans to focus its resources on revving up its core menu, building a breakfast business, modernizing existing restaurants and building new units.
