You can't please all your workers, all the time -- but you should take steps to ensure disgruntled workers don't drag everyone else down, writes Rosabeth Moss Kanter. Stay calm, keep telling positive stories about your company and don't assume that your workers will simply be won over by the inherent reasonableness of your position. "Having the facts on your side might be enough in a court of law, but it is not necessarily enough in the court of public opinion," Kanter writes.
