The number of schools using technology in the classroom will continue to grow this year in Indiana. The Centerville-Abington Community Schools will cut down on paper consumption by using free Google applications and e-mail. Another district is increasing its reliance on computers by using digital textbooks. Meanwhile, students at one school will receive iPads or laptop computers this fall, thanks to a $200,000 grant from the Indiana Department of Education.
