The Transportation Security Administration will determine whether to expand a new behavior detection program 60 days after a pilot program at Boston's Logan International Airport. TSA agents will start engaging passengers in brief conversations and attempt to detect any travelers who might post a threat to aviation security. "It's one layer of security that will allow us to provide additional screening and concentrate on passengers who may pose a higher risk," said Greg Soule, a spokesman for the TSA.
