The U.S. ad market is "very strong" and should be in good shape through 2011 despite the problems of the larger economy, David Zaslav, Discovery chief executive, said at an investor conference. Zaslav, in a Q-and-A session, also said Discovery's distribution agreement with Netflix was an "economic win," adding that the company was exploring TV Everywhere deals and that it would consider foreign investments at the right price.
