DISH Network is preparing to leverage its Blockbuster assets to launch a streaming-video service next month that would compete with Netflix, with the timing related to the price increases that Netflix implemented Thursday, a source says. DISH "goes from being an old-school pay-TV company to launching what could be a really high-growth business," said RBC Capital Markets analyst Ryan Vineyard.
