People give many reasons for not exercising but creating a home gym with a few inexpensive items may answer the one about not having enough time, according to a Consumers Union report. It is never too late to start exercising, and while middle-age and older adults should talk with a physician first, it is important to remember exercise can be a treatment for disease, can increase energy levels and can prevent future health problems, the report says.
