Ground was broken earlier this month for an eight-story office building in Kingstowne, Va. The structure will have a facade "adorned with precast which has embedded brick and high-efficiency, banded glazing to allow for versatility in tenant planning," said Steve Saville, an architect with the firm that designed the building. The nearly 200,000-square-foot building is expected to achieve LEED silver.
