Researchers also identified which patients are most likely to research physician and hospital quality. Female patients aged 25 to 54 with health insurance were most likely to research health care options online. "Patients are increasingly demanding objective clinical quality measures on which to base their health care decisions," said Kerry Hicks, CEO at HealthGrades.
