Entergy has completed refueling for the reactor at its Vermont Yankee nuclear plant as the utility awaits a federal judge's decision on whether the facility can continue operating past March, when its current license expires. Entergy seeks to operate the facility for another two decades and has legally challenged Vermont's efforts to shut down the plant. "The Vermont Yankee nuclear power plant in Vernon is back on line after completing its twenty-ninth refueling and maintenance outage," Entergy said in a statement.
