Google+'s brand pages are too little and too late to save the social network, Farhad Manjoo writes. The site's problem is that it's dull and lacks a compelling feature that would make users want to hang out there instead of on Facebook. "Google might not know it yet, but from the outside, it's clear that G+ has started to die -- it will hang on for a year, maybe two, but at some point Google will have to put it out of its misery," Manjoo writes.
