West Virginian lawmakers support efforts to speed up the federal government's approval of TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline, saying the project would generate jobs and curb the country's reliance on energy imports. "I was a strong supporter of Rep. Lee Terry's legislation that would expedite a final verdict on the Keystone XL pipeline. America needs an all-of-the-above energy policy that gives domestic energy producers the ability to create jobs and reduce our dependence on foreign oil, while staying within the boundaries of responsible environmental and safety restrictions," said Rep. David McKinley, R-W.Va.
