Older women achieve a higher degree of sexual satisfaction than many of their younger counterparts, according to a study by the University of California, San Diego, School of Medicine. Women in the study with an average age of 67 reported having less sex, but two-thirds were still active. And even among those reporting little or no sexual desire, sex was seen as a positive and healthy way to sustain a relationship.
