An all-boys book club in North Carolina's Pender County Schools has male high-school students sharing their love of reading with male students in sixth grade. The club fulfills a service-learning requirement for the high-school students, while helping the younger ones make an easier transition to middle school. "They're showing them that you can still be a regular guy and have other interests and not be all about bookwork and enjoy reading," said Scott Borah, the club's adviser.
