McDonald's is taking regional preferences into account as it remodels its stores worldwide, using a variety of architectural styles to fit each market. Stores in Asia keep the red-and-white color scheme but take on a "futuristic" style, units in Europe have updated versions of the traditional double-mansard roof, and U.S. stores are redesigned using an arcade style and a single golden arch.
