Almost three-quarters of business-to-business marketers plan to increase their online media budgets, with 41% saying they'll spend more on event marketing and 18% allocating more to telemarketing, according to a BtoB forecast. Customer acquisition will be the focus of 75% of B2B marketers, according to the survey, putting the industry in line with small-business enterprises, American Express's Julie Fajgenbaum says.
