YouTube's promise last fall to spend $100 million to produce original programming has lured some of biggest behind-the-scenes names in Hollywood to the Google-owned site. The investment, aimed at bringing a bigger audience to Google TV as well as advertisers to YouTube, has drawn such talent as director Justin Lin of NBC's "Community"; Nancy Tellem, former president of CBS Entertainment; and "CSI" creator Anthony Zuiker. "The old regime is going to falter because everybody thinks the TV is the only device that really counts, and that's just not the case," Zuiker said.
