The number of U.K. children and teens living with life-limiting conditions rose from about 25 per 10,000 in 2000-2001 to 32 per 10,000 in 2010, according to a study in the journal Pediatrics. Researchers noted that 16- to 19-year-olds had the highest increase in prevalence for such conditions.
