The Renewable Fuels Association has issued an E15 retailer's guidebook that provides information on infrastructure compatibility, safety practices and state-level regulatory requirements for selling the fuel. This comes after the Environmental Protection Agency approved RFA's misfueling mitigation plan for E15, bringing the fuel a step closer to commercial availability. There is still a lot of work needed to bring E15 to market, so the industry must constantly educate the public about the merits of the fuel, said RFA President and CEO Bob Dinneen.
