Australian telecom company Telstra has partnered with Samsung to introduce the device-maker's Galaxy S II 4G, an Android-powered handset that will join the HTC Velocity 4G as the second smartphone to operate on the carrier's Long-Term Evolution network. The Galaxy S II 4G features a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, slightly faster than the original Galaxy S II, plus an 8-megapixel camera and 16 gigabytes of built-in memory.
