Banking on tablets invites more long-form interactions than the on-the-go nature of transactions on smartphones. Three banks -- Bank of America, Citibank and USAA -- are ranked high for tailoring their mobile offerings to the larger screen. The report by Javelin Strategy & Research determined each institution had found ways to achieve a presence on the wide range of devices or tailor their appeal to consumers in the laid-back mode common to tablets.
